1. Definitions

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits are typically processed instantly but may take up to 15 minutes during peak hours or banking system maintenance.
• No deposit fees are charged by ggplay. Your bank or payment provider may charge their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts (accounts not in your name) will be rejected and returned.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah)
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Rupiah) per transaction for verified accounts; higher limits available for VIP members
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on verification status and withdrawal amount.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching your KYC documents.
• You must complete any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses before withdrawing funds.

3.3 Currency

7.2 Termination by User

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
